Organixx – LODO Denver Restaurant Remodel

We were approached by National Restaurant Consultants in November of 2008 to look at a restaurant space for their client Erwin Chang. Erwin had a concept to open a restaurant that would be sustainable in its food and day to day operations. So it naturally followed that the construction should make an effort to achieve these goals as well. The space that was chosen was 1520 Blake St. Denver, CO. The space had previously been a breakfast restaurant for quite some time and had accrued some grease and general wear and tear in the process. In addition to extensive upgrades to the electrical, plumbing and safety systems, the finishes, equipment and furniture were given a major face-lift. Special consideration was given to each material decision to ensure a quality product and a sustainable life cycle. If you have a chance, stop in to Organixx and try any one of their amazing dishes.
